Golfview Avenue Improvements

The 2021 Golfview Avenue Improvements Project will reconstruct the on-street parking aisle on the east side of Golfview Avenue, providing a slightly wider roadway for street traffic and replacing driveway aprons and sidewalk.

The work will create two ADA accessible parking stalls, will address two storm water intakes in need of replacement, and will install permeable pavers and subdrain tiles in the on-street parking aisle to handle water runoff quantity and quality along the street.

  • Contractor: All American Concrete, Inc.
  • Overall Construction Start Date: May 1, 2021
  • Beginning of East Lane Closure: May 13, 2021
  • Planned Completion Date: July 22, 2021
